Question and Answers for Our Sydney Ceremony

We ask that RSVPs are to be filled out by December 1st.

For anyone staying in Circular Quay/Downtown Sydney, we will have a harbour taxi ready on the day to transport you to the venue. (This is on the RSVP form so we can account for anyone wanting to use this).
There are public parking spots in front of the venue/ceremony that may be available if you are driving in. Otherwise Ubers are widely available in the area if you will be in the Downtown Sydney area or Manly area.

There are limited AirBNB options in the area. We have a water taxi service if you are wanting to stay by Circular Quay to get you to the venue on the day. Staying in Manly is also a good option as there are more hotels/AirBNBs in that area, which is a 10 minute car ride.

The dress code for our ceremony and reception is ‘Beach Formal’.
For the blokes, feel free to show up in your best linen suit, or any nice button down shirt.
For the ladies, think flowy, festive and patterns. We’d love to see you in a long dress or anything you truly feel comfortable in.

Our day starts with a Cocktail Hour at 4pm prior to the Ceremony at Rocky Point Island in Balmoral Beach.
The Ceremony will kick off at 5pm which will be followed by family photos.
The Reception will follow at 6pm at Bather’s Pavilion, just a short walk from the ceremony and continue on until midnight.

We ask that no phones be used during the ceremony. We do not mind during the reception, however we want to keep the ceremony as intimidate as possible between us and our beautiful guests.

It will be the start of Spring in Sydney during March, just coming out of Summer.
(Average Temperature is a high of 78f/25c and a low of 65f/18c)

We will have an entire food menu closer to the date. We can assure we are keeping all the food allergies in mind that are filled out on the RSVP form.
The food will consist of Canape options passed out throughout the night, along with drinks being topped up. Followed by cake and dessert.

5pm is the latest time to arrive for the Ceremony.
Our Cocktail Hour begins at 4pm which we welcome everyone to.

Question and Answers for Our Winchester Celebration

We kindly ask that guests RSVP by February 1st.

There are a few hotels around the corner from the venue in Winchester. Otherwise a great option is to stay in DC and commute over, if you prefer to see more sights of the DMV during the weekend.

Our dress code for Winchester is formal wear.

We kindly ask that no plus ones are to come to the celebration. Only those listed on the invite are welcome.

Our itinerary includes the celebration starting at 5pm.
We will be hosting some activities around the weekend, which if you have put in your RSVP that you are interested, expect a follow up e-mail in the coming months about that!

Washington Dulles International is only a 45 minute drive from Winchester.
Another option would be Ronald Reagan Washington National which is closer to an hour and a half drive.

Expect the weather to be a low of 49f/9c and a high of 78f/26c.

The food at the venue will include of a risotto station and a grazing board. Also dessert will be served later in the night.
